The American Constitution Society has recently launched the State Attorney General Project, recognizing the critical and more prominent role state attorneys general offices will play to protect and advance core rights in the current political environment. Join us for a candid conversation with one of the nation's leading experts on state attorneys general, Jim Tierney, about the challenges and opportunities that state attorneys general will face in the months and years to come. 
Mr. Tierney served as the Attorney General of Maine from 1980 to 1990 and was the Director of the National State Attorneys General Program for ten years. He currently teaches at Columbia Law School and Harvard Law School, and provides expert advice to attorneys general and others on a wide range of issues.
