Details: BU Law will be hosting Mr. John Dacey, an attorney who has spent the past five years building a litigation challenge to the constitutionality of private, for-profit prisons.

Mr. Dacey will be arguing the unconstitutionality of private prisons, why they ought to be abolished, and the recent memo from AG Sessions regarding federal private prisons.
